Under the assistance of the LDSP project of the Uva Local Government Department, a team of Bibila Pradeshiya Sabha officials was trained and trained under the supervision and training of a team of road mapping officers from the North Western Provincial Council to map all the side roads and main roads in the Bibila area. Bibila Pradeshiya Sabha produces organic fertilizer at the solid waste management center in the garbage yard of Bibila Puwak Pale area and sells it at affordable prices. You can purchase organic fertilizer from the Bibila Pradeshiya Sabha sales center. Its prices are as follows.
• 1 kg of packaged organic fertilizer (1kg) Rs. 40.00
• 1 kg of packaged organic fertilizer (1kg) Rs. 25.00
• 1 kg of packaged organic fertilizer (1kg) Rs. 30.00 when purchasing 50 kg or more
With the loan assistance received from the Regional Development Support Project (LDSP) implemented under the loan assistance of the World Bank and the European Union, the construction of the Bibila Pradeshiya Sabha Satipola Multipurpose Center, which is essential for the Bibila area, was carried out in two phases.
The first phase was carried out in the year 2021 and the second phase in the year 2024.
This Satipola Multipurpose Center was opened to the public with the beginning of the year 2025.

Bibila Pradeshiya Sabha Hela Bojunhala was inaugurated on 12.05.2024 in front of Bibile Cultural Center under the leadership of the Minister of State Wijithaberugoda. The event was organized by the Bibila Divisional Council Secretary and the staff along with the Bibila Police Station Commander, Public Health Inspector and other guests.
